Our Legal Page, Written For Your Account
Our legal page pulls every rule that touches your account into one readable place — the regions we serve, the terms you accept when you register, and how...
Where Our Rules Reach And Why
Which rules reach you depends on where you register. We serve Pakistan and a defined list of supported regions, and we would rather name them than let you guess. If your market sits outside that list we may decline a new registration, and where local law permits we still let an existing account holder sign in to withdraw and close down. Nothing
on this page overrides a national requirement, and no clause here is written to survive local law that says otherwise. Money moving through JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay or Raast is settled under the rules your provider and your region set, and our clauses simply describe how we handle our side of that flow.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
Reaching The Policy Desk
When a clause needs explaining, write to the policy desk and quote the paragraph. Tell us what you were trying to do — a cashout sitting under verification, a sign-in blocked from a new device, a term you read differently. We answer in writing, in order, and we keep the thread open until the point is settled.
Policy chat
Open the chat window from your signed-in dashboard, name the clause you are asking about, and an agent picks it up during Pakistan hours. Your account reference speeds this up.
Written replies
Send your question by email and we answer in writing, which means you keep a copy for your own records. Most rule questions come back the same day during Pakistan hours.
Second look
If the first reply does not settle the point, ask for a senior agent to take it on. We pass the whole thread across so you never repeat your account history twice.
What Makes Our Wording Reliable
You should be able to test our wording against what actually happens on the platform. So we keep rule text short, date it when it moves, and connect it to things you...
Plain clauses
We write rules as short sentences and drop legalese where an everyday phrase does the same job. A clause should tell you what it asks of you on one read.
Named rails
We name JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay and Raast instead of hiding behind the word wallet, so you can match a clause to the service you actually use.
Staffed hours
The desk runs on Pakistan hours with more agents in the evening, when most account questions arrive. You speak to people working the same clock as you.
Verification steps
We say which checks we run before a cashout clears — phone confirmation, name matching on the rail — and how long each step normally takes on a working day.
Dated changes
Every move in the wording carries a date at the head of the page, and you can ask for the previous version, so you can compare what applied when you registered.
Nothing invented
We do not print permit numbers we have not been issued, partner marks we do not hold, or badge claims nobody made. What sits here is what we can show you.
One Voice Across Every Policy Page
Our policy pages share one voice. Open the terms, the privacy page or the account rules and you meet the same structure, the same plain English and the...
What You See On This Page
The page is built to be scanned, not endured. Headings match the clause underneath them, chips mark the rails your region uses, and short cards carry contact paths...
